October 22, 2026
The stretch of Rampart Boulevard between Tivoli Village and Boca Park closed three restaurants in 2026 and announced or opened four new ones. The four new places have a lot in common. One serves Peking duck carved at the table. Another is a wagyu barbecue and hot pot room. A Chinese dumpling concept is on the way, and a brunch, afternoon tea and cocktail house is coming next year. The places that closed were a Mexican cantina, an Italian wine bar and a fish taco chain. For anyone in Queensridge, the closest dinner tables have changed what kind of evening they offer, and Tivoli's November and December events are built around the same kind of evening out.
The losses came in this order.
At two of the three, the lease decided things, not the menu. Some of the corridor's change this year comes from landlords deciding which restaurants to keep, and the restaurants that came in afterward are a different kind of place than the ones that left. No public report says any new restaurant took over a specific vacated suite. The El Dorado space at 430 S. Rampart, Suite 110 has no named successor.
Here are the corridor's new food concepts for 2026, in order of when they were announced or opened.
| Restaurant | Address | Concept | Status as of late October 2026 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wagyu Factory | 740 S. Rampart Blvd., Suite 16, Boca Park | Wagyu barbecue and hot pot | Soft-opened Friday, May 8 |
| Yu by Sijie | 400 S. Rampart Blvd., Suite 190, Tivoli Village | Chinese, Peking duck and dim sum | Opened August 7 |
| Dancing Dumplings | 1000 S. Rampart Blvd., Suite 15, Boca Park | Chinese dumplings | Planned; reported in July as expected later in 2026 |
| Crysandra's | 740 S. Rampart Blvd., Suites 8–11, Boca Park | Brunch, afternoon tea, cocktails, dinner | Expected early 2027 |
The Review-Journal first reported Wagyu Factory's plans on April 29 as an all-you-can-eat wagyu spot. It went into the same Boca Park building that Ciao Vino had left about two months before. A meal there means cooking at the table. Yu by Sijie works the same way at a slower pace. WhatNow announced it for Tivoli Village in June. Eater Vegas put it on its October list of the city's best new restaurants. Eater describes the duck being "deftly carved tableside" and served with warm pancakes, cucumber, spring onion and sweet black bean sauce. Its review also mentions crab in chile oil, wok-fired beef and seafood soups in a "palatial dining room," and calls Yu "your new weekend dim sum destination in town."
Of the two, Yu by Sijie matters more to Queensridge. Tivoli Village had lost its Mexican anchor in April. Four months later it gained a Chinese dining room that one of the city's main food guides now recommends to the whole valley. Tivoli added another new name around the same time. Eichholtz, the Dutch furniture brand, chose 350 S. Rampart Blvd., Suite 160 for its first Las Vegas store, the Review-Journal reported. It soft-launched July 6.
None of the new places so far does daytime the way an Italian wine bar or a cantina could. Crysandra's is the one that will. WhatNow reported on October 14 that owner Carmen Chasse's Chasse Restaurant Group is developing it as an upscale social-dining restaurant. The menu will cover elevated brunch, afternoon tea, cocktails and dinner. Crysandra's own site leads with brunch and bubbles. It says the name combines the owners' daughters' names, Crystal and Alexandra.
The opening date differs by source. WhatNow says March 2027 and the restaurant's site says February 2027. Either way it falls after the holidays. For this season, the Rampart lineup is the one in the table above.
Most of the big events on Tivoli Village's calendar for the rest of 2026 are late-afternoon and evening markets. The markets and the tree lighting end at 8 or 9 p.m., a short walk from the duck carving at Yu by Sijie and a short drive down Rampart to Boca Park.
Friday, October 30, 5 to 9 p.m.: Makers & Music. This is the last of the October Makers & Music nights. The Spooktacular and the Craft Festival on October 23 and 25 have already passed.
November 6 to 8: The Lost Weekend, The Photography of May Pang. Tivoli is hosting a three-day show of May Pang's intimate photographs.
Saturday, November 14, 4 to 9 p.m.: Night Market. Tivoli bills it as aisle after aisle of handcrafted goods. Its five-hour window is the longest evening slot on the November calendar.
Wednesday, November 25, 5 to 8 p.m.: Annual Tree Lighting. It falls on the eve of Thanksgiving. Tivoli's event page lists holiday entertainment, a Nutcracker and Sugarplum Fairy meet-and-greet, the Reindeer Rockettes and Make-A-Wish.
Thursdays, December 3, 10 and 17, 4 to 8 p.m.: Nutcracker Night Market. LV Craft Shows runs these three nights. Tivoli's page describes local artisans, live entertainment, holiday lights and family activities.
Saturday, December 5, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Puppies & Prosecco.
Sunday, December 6, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Craft Festival. This is LV Craft Shows' Sunday format.
Wednesday, December 9, 5 to 7 p.m.: Toys for Tots, Fill the Truck Campaign. Gunny Bear is collecting toys for a two-hour drive.
Saturday, December 19, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Vitalant Blood Drive.
FIT4MOM Stroller Strides keeps meeting on Tuesday mornings through November and December.
The three Nutcracker Night Markets end at 8 p.m. on Thursdays. The tree lighting ends at 8 p.m. the night before Thanksgiving. The November Night Market runs until 9 p.m. on a Saturday. Each one finishes about when a reservation would start, and Yu by Sijie sits in the same center at 400 S. Rampart.
Some Queensridge homes look out on the former Badlands golf course, and that land has no new activity to report this season. The City Council approved a 1,480-unit housing plan there in February 2025. KTNV reported at the time that traffic studies, drainage studies and permits still had to come before construction. In August 2025 the Review-Journal reported that the community would be called The Preserve, under a "Coming 2028" sign. The builder's project page still says "Coming 2028" and lists the site at Charleston and Hualapai.
Another project sits closer to Tivoli itself. Ainsley at Tivoli, a proposed 300-unit apartment building on Rampart just north of Alta, secured $40 million in EB-5 financing, the Review-Journal reported July 2. That report said construction had not started and that the developer had recently received an extension on its approval. If it is built, it will add more neighbors within walking distance of Yu by Sijie and the Nutcracker markets.
